As Director of Practice Operations at Kensington Wealth Partners, Carly Keatts will oversee quality improvements throughout the firm with a focus on our client relationships from onboarding, planning, action and ongoing service. She brings a diverse and deep background in business development, project management, and investor relations. Her experience spans multiple industries, including real estate development, energy, construction, and healthcare, giving her a well-rounded perspective on financial services and strategic decision-making.
Before joining Kensington, Carly was Director of Development at Pathway Power, where she managed more than $100 million in project budgets and built relationships with clients, elected officials, and community leaders. At NextGen Healthcare, a publicly traded healthcare technology company, she led compliance and risk management projects. As Managing Director of One Industries, she led finance, HR, and business operations, resulting in successful mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout her career, she has learned to manage competing priorities, refine intricate processes, and build trusted relationships. She brings these strengths to her role at Kensington Wealth, along with a genuine interest in helping each client to live their best life through planning and a bias to action.
Carly was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and recently returned to her hometown after nearly 20 years in California. She and her husband, Andrew, have two sons, Callum and Bowen, and an Old English Sheepdog mix named Bertha. Outside the office, Carly enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering unique finds along the way.
Carly earned her undergraduate degree from Elon University and holds a certification in project management from the University of Wisconsin.
